ABOUT OUR CLASSES

Our classes support students at every stage of their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey. Just starting out? You’re in the right place. Been training for years? We’re here to help you level up.

Whether you’re focused on self-defense, fitness, or competition, we’ve got your BJJ needs covered. Our classes blend traditional principles with modern techniques. Plus, we offer instruction in both gi and no-gi formats—so you can build a well-rounded game.

BJJ Fundamentals (Saturdays)

Our weekly BJJ Fundamentals class is the ideal entry point for beginners. Held every Saturday, this class focuses on the core movements, positions, and concepts that form the foundation of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Through structured drills and attention to detail, students build confidence step by step. Even those with experience benefit by refining their technique and reinforcing the basics.

*Note: All new students starting our 7-Day Free Trial are required to attend this class. It’s the perfect introduction to our school and training style.

Regular BJJ Gi & No-Gi Classes

We also offer a full schedule of gi and no-gi BJJ classes throughout the week. Our classes emphasize technical development, positional awareness, and practical application.

Each session begins with a warm-up and mobility work. Next, students move through targeted drills followed by situational sparring. Our rotating curriculum covers everything from takedowns and guard passing to submissions and escapes – providing students a fully comprehensive BJJ training program.

Age Requirements & Atmosphere

Grapple Lab BJJ welcomes students ages 15 and up. We maintain a respectful training environment where safety, learning, and mutual support come first. Whether you’re preparing for your first class or your next competition, our community is here to help you grow.
